Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Online Purchases Only
Items purchased on 5ridge.co.uk must be returned to our web returns centre and cannot be returned or exchanged at 5RIDGE retail stores or concessions.


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • To initiate a return, email us at info@5ridge.co.uk with your order reference number.

  • Our customer care team will assist you with the return process and can schedule a pick-up service if applicable.


Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the item is defective, you are entitled to a full refund including any applicable delivery charges.

  • For non-defective returns, a refund will be issued once the item is returned and inspected, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for all eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To request an exchange:

  • Email info@5ridge.co.uk with your order number and exchange request.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection or advise on return shipping.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. After shipment, the return and exchange policies above will apply.

5RIDGE reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:

  • Out-of-stock items

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment failures (e.g. card declined by issuing bank)
